Join the Legal Battle Against the FedEx Hub!
Triad citizens have formed a legal defense entity called the “Alliance for Legal Action”. The Alliance for Legal Action has retained the leading environmental team from the Washington, D. C. law firm of Terris, Pravlik, & Millian, LLP.
The law firm will file a lawsuit to stop the airport expansion.
We need you to be part of it!
We will need at least $200,000 to fund this battle. All monies collected will be held in an escrow account to be used solely for this legal initiative.
The hub will cause:
Unbearable nighttime noise
from cargo jets
Theft of home values
Damaging increases in truck
traffic resulting in more roadway congestion
Unhealthy increases in air
pollution in an area already suffering from poor air quality
Dangerous elimination of
300 acres of vital water collection surface area in a region already suffering
from inadequate water supplies
Water pollution from the
cargo hub’s noxious chemical run-off
Millions in corporate welfare
exclusively for a profitable, multi-billion dollar company
